Avdi Grimm runs RubyTapas and it's fantastic. You can also find him on RubyRogues podcast where the main host is "meh" but the Girl (research who this is and update later as to not be sexist) and Avdi are always on point.
Derek Johnson is the least known person on this list. He is brilliant but doesn't write. If you have a chance to work with him, take it.
